Fashion. The wonderful, beautiful world of fashion! Oh how I wish I was more a fashionista! One of my friend’s told me the other day, “you are like my fashion consult”. I almost spit my Powerade straight out my mouth. I shook my head side to side saying, “that’s impossible and quite a scary thought! Ha.“

When I was called about doing some last minute Fashion Photography for Mrs. January Hart Rizzo I was beyond thrilled!! One- because her hubs is part of the best marketing organization in Baton Rouge- PartnersOne and I just love photographing pretty ladies wearing amazing outfits. I thought of it as to Senior Class Sessions but with a little more pizzaz!!
BTWS- January is like a 10!! Like babe level!! After becoming mommy of 2 boys, she still finds the time to run 3-5 miles a day casually and keep up with a gym schedule. #momgoals if I ever had some!
I was a little curious how the session would go because I am used to lots and lots of Bridals, Engagement Sessions and Weddings and Families but aside from my Senior Sessions here and there, I have not done a TON of Fashion Photography!!! But I just adore capturing beautiful people in beautiful places so I just dove straight in and fell straight in love with it all! I knew after browsing her Instagram and website for a couple of minutes that we would be able to make some gorgeous portraits!!
She brought the beautiful and I brought my gear!
We made our way through Downtown Baton Rouge and changed outfits a handful of times and made some gorgeous photos. Apparently January started her fashion business through her Instagram Account. It then emerged so large that it flowed onto the blog that she created. So now companies send January beautiful clothing to talk about, give tips on and just model!
What a day!!
She had more beautiful outfits than we had time to shoot!! I wanted to own each and every one! Sun dresses, bags… the list goes on and on of what will possibly be on her doorstep to model and chat about on her blog!! What a gig!
