New Orleans: Longue Vue Bridal Photography for Wedding

I loved shooting at Longue Vue!

many beautiful spots for Nicole and I to make some gorgeous bridal photographs.

Nicole’s aunt, whom happened to be a tour guide for most of her life, shared all the fascinating stories behind the home. Apparently the couple who bought the 8 acres of land on the outskirts of the city were frequenters of the country club that the property is adjacent to.

They would sit out on the lawn of the golf course and adore the property over time and ended up making an offer on it. The original home was moved down the street when they realized they wanted a larger home to entertain guests. The Stern’s were owners of the television station in New Orleans at the time.

The home was majestic and completely off limits to tourists now but serves as a beautiful property to explore and meander when you have some time on your hands and are wanting a beautiful excursion from life. The gardens were extravagant and the property had multiple ones for your photographing desires.

This will be of no surprise to my friend but I convinced Nicole into the green house in that amazing wedding dress of hers. It was to die for. Even the greenhouse was extravagant laced with all sorts of greenery to be planted on the grounds or stored for it’s beauty just to be gazed on at random. Everything was perfect in this space.

I swore to Nicole I woud not wear her out with constant photos but she entertained my requests as we finished up directly on the side of where we started. It was all so perfect and lush and greens popping and smells lingering in the air.

Everything was just perfect this day. And even if it wasn’t, it seemed to be.
